New year bushfire in Wombeyan caves NSW

We expected that fire, waited for it and watched it coming toward us from the National park. Fire brigades were trying to stop it with back fire but the wind was strong. Fire aircraft’s sprayed water but only slowed the fire. It came on the 31st of December in the morning, first on the grass, then up the trees.
