So near, yet so far

First trip ‘home’ to uk since we married. Got to Glasgow for Ireland ferry to see family who I haven’t seen in 8 years, a niece I’d never met. Lockdown announced. Ferry cancelled. Anguish. Grief. Lockdown. Plane. Australia IS home. Relief. Quarantine. First Dawn, best sleep in 6 weeks!
